Yalich Clinic – Workshops
The Yalich Clinic released their continued workshop schedule today and there continues to be something for everyone.
As you man know, all workshops are no charge at this time (*except for foam rolling and meditation class). All start at 7:15pm and last about 1 hour. We will confirm with you the night before. You must call the office to hold a spot for you and a guest (we love when company comes over…). 410 766 4878.
May 24, 2016: Understanding Dry Needling. So many patients and interested people want to know about this new trend in the treatment of many conditions. But it is certainly not new!!! How do you know if you need dry needling? What conditions does it treat? How effective is it? Ryan Lynch MPT (Director of Physical Therapy) and Dr. Amanda Thacker will answer that and so much more!

June 8, 2017: Qi Gong and Meditation: Special guest host, James Gummer, has taught Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Meditation for LifeBridge Health, Baltimore County Senior Centers, Stella Maris Hospice, Towson University, and many others. Qi Gong (Chi Gong) or “Energy Cultivation” is an aspect of Chinese medicine involving the coordination or different breathing patterns with various physical postures and body motions. In addition to low impact movement exercises, sitting and standing mediation will be taught. Students taking this class have reported improved balance, lowered blood pressure and a reduction in chronic pain. There will be a $10 fee for this workshop. 7:30pm-8:30pm. Space will be very limited for this event.
June 21, 2017: Intro to Foam Rolling 101. Our most popular class. Dr. Jeremy Cannon will lead the group through basic exercises that help in injury prevention and recovery. Cost for this class is $10.00 that includes the foam roller. It will fill up fast so secure your spot now!!! Our 4/19/17 class was a sellout!
