Join Dr. Nicole Gangl and Alex Elahi for a thirty minute course designed to show runners how to incorporate strengthening exercises to stabilize their core and hips and thus improve their running form and economy while also decreasing their risk of injury. Participants will receive a free resistance band! There is NO CHARGE for this event!
