Not Just Any Kettlebell Class…

kettlebellDr. Dunbar is taking his Kettlebells on the road. Active Body and Health is now offering a 6 week Kettlebell Conditioning Class. The program will be held two times per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks. Participants will learn FROM THE BEST how to safely and properly perform kettlebell lifts and movements for maximal results while training. When done correctly, kettlebell training will simultaneously build strength, burn fat, increase stability, and enhance movement, balance, and coordination.
Dr. Jonathan Dunbar is a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified Instructor and Chiropractor at the Yalich Clinic of Glen Burnie, where he focuses on athletic performance and rehabilitation. Dr. Dunbar also holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. For more information, go to:
