Dr. Kristie Carpenter graduated Cum Laude with her bachelor’s degree in biology from James Madison University. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Carpenter has a wide array of experience treating orthopedic and neurological patients throughout all stages of the rehabilitative process.
Dr. Carpenter believes in a patient-centered approach and addressing functional movement patterns to restore ability. She enjoys working with runners as well as post-partum women to reach their strength and fitness goals. Dr. Carpenter also has a passion for helping people with
Parkinson’s improve their abilities and holds certifications in PWR! (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) and LSVT BIG.
